This program loads on your PC or Mac, creates an icon on your desktop and allows you to drop files onto the icon to send via FTP. The program opens an order form and you complete the basic setup information only on first use. No need to zip your files as the software compresses on the fly and sends faster than when zipped. You will receive an email within 15 minutes of transfer completion. By far, the fastest and safest way to send large files to us. No additional FTP software necessary. No charge for program.

WorkStream DS

This software loads on your PC or Intel-Processor Mac and enables you to create entire orders with sizes, quantities, cropping and product options. It allows use of templates for greeting cards, album pages, composites, etc. Order transfers to lab seamlessly via built-in FTP software. Email confirmation is sent when we import the order into our system. A must for portrait photographers. Print the Readme.txt file included for detailed instructions. No charge for software.

FTP Site: We maintain an FTP site for backup use. We will be happy to assist you in using this site if Beehive or WorkStream do not work for you.

Internet Drop Box: Click here to set up a free account

CD or DVD: We will be happy to receive your files on CD or DVD media. Please be sure to include complete order instructions.

Email: You can attach files under 5MB to an email. File attachments are not as reliable as Beehive or WorkStream because they use a different Internet transfer protocol, but are acceptable for small files.
