Payment
Payment for website design and hosting services will be made directly to Mid-South Color Labs. Complete payment is due upon customer approval of the final design. Once the design has been approved, and payment has been received, then the content will be uploaded to the customer's website (within 1-2 business days). (The customer will be able to preview all content in working order as a subdirectory of a Teel Designs website prior to approval.)
Content
The customer is responsible for submitting final-copy text and high-quality images for the website prior to website creation. This will allow us to give you a more accurate time estimate. Changes can be made after the design process has begun, but may cause delays in getting the finished product. Mid-South Color Labs (i.e. Teel Designs) will be responsible for resizing the images as needed. Changes made after the final approval and transfer of content to the customer's website will be considered updates and will incur addtional fees.
Domain Name and Hosting Transfers and/or Cancellations
Any changes made to domain names and/or hosting contracts (including transfers and cancellations) must be made in writing. Please include: 1) Primary Contact Name, 2) Primary Email Address, 3) Company Name (if applicable), 4) Reason for Transfer/Cancellation. Requests for transfers/cancellations may be mailed with the signature of the Primary Contact to:

Refunds will not be given for transfers/cancellations of domain names or hosting.
Third-Party Websites/Hosting
Mid-South Color Labs (including Teel Designs and Aeneas Internet & Telephone) is not responsible for any websites created by nor hosting provided by third-party companies.
Website Marketing
Mid-South Color Labs (including Teel Designs and Aeneas Internet & Telephone) is not responsible for Search Engine rankings or other website marketing. However, the customer can submit a list of keywords and descriptions for the meta tags of their website. Mid-South Color Labs will incorporate these meta tags into the customer's website free of charge.
Renewal of Services
The customer's web hosting and domain name services are set to renew automatically in order to prevent any downtime with their website. Mid-South Color Labs will attempt to contact the customer to remind them of the renewal. However, it will be the customer's responsibility to notify Mid-South Color Labs of any intention to cancel services (please see "Domain Name and Hosting Transfers and/or Cancellations" above)
